The

experience

1.  Reach out

After I receive your inquiry, we'll set up a time to hop on the phone and see if we'd be a good fit!

Since I'll be celebrating alongside of you the majority of your day, it's super important to me that we share the same vision and goals for your wedding.

On the phone, we'll get to know each other and talk wedding dreams and desires.

Don't worry, I know weddings are confusing!  I'll walk you through the whole process!

2.  Reserve your date

Once we've determined we're a match made in heaven, it's time to reserve your date!

To get on my calendar, you'll have to submit a signed contract and complete your first retainer payment.

Payments are typically split into 3 parts, but really... you can let me know what works best for you!

Some couples choose to make smaller payment more frequently and others pay off the full amount right away.

Both your retainer payment and contract can be completed right from your computer through something called a "client portal."

It's super easy!

After you're officially on my calendar, it's time to cross "photographer" off your to-do list and go POP THE BUBBLY!

3.  Sit back, relax + be spoiled

I don't want to ruin the surprise, but be sure to check your mailbox after booking with me!

Like I said in step 1, I'll walk you through the whole process.

You'll receive vendor recommendations, a bridal guide and maybe even a little something extra.

4.  Schedule your e-sesh

Engagement sessions take place on weekdays so that I can be fully present on the weekends with my wedding couples and my family.

You can schedule your e-sesh once 1/3 of your balance is paid and will receive all of the info from me on what to wear, location options and the best time of day for lighting.

I'll research any photo permits we might need too!

If you want to do a bucket-list session, I'm already beyond pumped to adventure with you, so don't hesitate to ask!

Don't forget, we can always meet up for coffee or a drink before your session to help break the ice.

5.  preparing your wedding timeline

2-3 months before your wedding, you'll receive a family photo checklist and a wedding day questionnaire.

This is where you can give me all of the helpful info on what is the most important to you.

You can include memorials to relatives who've passed, handmade items that are special, your borrowed + blue or any sweet moments (like a first look with Dad?) that you want to carve time out for.

Once I have your questionnaire, I'll put together the best timeline draft for you.

I'll think through drive-times and add extra cushion in case we fall behind.  This will make your day 100% stress free and totally customized to fit your needs.

6.  your best day ever

By your wedding day, we'll have all of the details ironed out.

Your only job is to be fully present, tear up the dance floor and create the best memories imaginable.

I'll be there to fix your hair, teach you how to cut your cake and capture the moments you didn't even know were happening so you can relive your day over and over again through my eyes.

7.  after your wedding

I'll share previews and send you an e-mail so you know exactly what to expect after your wedding.

I'd love for you to share your previews with friends and family... after-all, if it's not Facebook official, it didn't happen... right?!

Once your wedding gallery is finished, we'll meetup in person or screen-share and create a gorgeous album design that can be passed down for generations.

"Breeanna was perfect on our wedding day! She has such a sweet calm spirit and captured the moments between us I’ve never seen from the other side of the lens. 5 Stars.  I highly recommend her!"
